This is the second time that our product has been featured and we couldn't be more ecstatic to share the stage with Manila's best. Join us this weekend as Inquirer again features some of the bakers in the Best Desserts book!
We're taking this weekend as an opportunity not only to offer some great deals on our celebration packages, but also to introduce our partnership with Lolo Joe's Bacon! (<-- check out their facebook page). Lolo Joe's is an all natural no preservatives bacon made by Chef Zaza of 13 Ubay. On friday, expect one of our cupcake flavors to be Bacon-Chocolate-Bacon (self eplanatory, but let me explain)--a bacon chip cupcake with a smooth chocolate buttercream dipped in dark chocolate and topped with a chocolte dipped bacon. On Saturday, we're selling our bacon and cheese butter taisan--a nice and thick butter cake, infused with Lolo Joe's bacon, topped with swiss buttercream and sharp cheddar cheese.
